Sales Consultant / Selling Assistant Sales Manager Job Description Job Summary: Are you ready for the next step? Do you have experience in a Dealership environment? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Consultant / Selling Assistant Sales Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and participating within a high-performing sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for both individual productivity while participating in overseeing the sales activities of the rest of the team. Working with Senior management developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Your own individual sales productivity. - Learn what it takes to be a successful Sales Manager in the Motor Sport, Marine and automotive business. - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Manage key customer accounts and nurture client relationships. - Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - Participate in marketing development and promotional strategies. - Ensure inventory control and manage pricing strategies effectively. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, within a dealership setting. - Detail oriented. - Good with numbers. - Motivated with a positive attitude. - Some kind of background within the Motor Sport or Marine industry (can be just an enthusiast) - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
