Onward Search is looking for a Advertising Account Manager for a popular Advertising Agency specializing in Manufacturing clients! This is a hybrid contract to hire opportunity in Smithtown, NY. (NO FLEX) MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: * Manage project logistics--schedules, budgets, outside resources, talent, and approvals--with precision and accuracy. * Anticipate client and team needs, offering smart, effective solutions to stay ahead. * Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts. * Lead client status meetings and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. * Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, assign tasks, and deliver results. * Oversee small- and mid-sized projects independently, guiding both clients and internal teams. * Handle project briefs, coordinate teams and vendors, enforce deadlines, and manage invoicing. * Develop presentations and proposals (project estimates), facilitate brainstorming sessions, and keep clients informed via detailed reporting and meeting notes. * Provide insights on competitive and business landscapes to elevate our work. * Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support agency initiatives. * Paid Media Advertising experience Perks & Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401k Program * Commuter Benefit * eLearning * Education Reimbursement * Ongoing Training & Development * To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
