Position: Account Manager (Customer Service) Location: Des Plaines, IL (on-site 5x week / 8am-5 pm w/1 hr lunch) Qualifications: - 1 year + Customer Service and/or Account Management experience - Sales Support experience - CRM Software experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel - A High School Diploma or Equivalent Pluses: +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree +++ NetSuite Proficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
