We are looking for a full-time Media Account Manager for our Hampton Roads market (must live in the North Hampton Roads area). We want someone to work with us from the ground up and help drive the success of the company. Do you have at least two/three years of demonstrated sales success in home- improvement product sales or adverting sales? Are you a self starter, don't mind cold calling, and want to build your commission pay through a residual commission structure? We are picky and we hope you are as well. This position comes complete with an industry leading 94% Issue-to-Issue client retention, a full-time on-staff designer, in-office support, nationwide peer-grouping idea-sharing and ongoing sales-focused training, and a giving Publisher who continues to thrive. Your core purpose is to gain the trust of new clients, earn back former ones, and serve your active advertisers - all with a collaborative in-house team in place to clear the path to make it easy for you to earn big! This is a remote-work sales position with a real potential to make $100,000 plus a year. Our pay structure is based on a monthly draw (minimum base) with a strong commission earning percentage. A focus on retention of repeat clients and also on new clients each month. This is a very flexible time schedule job with in-house ongoing coaching & training, and the incredible feeling of helping your home improvement clients grow big - all without the hassle of extended overnight stays away from your home and family.
