Summary As an Assistant Sales Manager at Allstate Insurance, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities * Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve huge sales goals. * Supervise daily operations of the sales team, ensuring high levels of sales closed. * Conduct training sessions for new employees, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques daily for current employees. * Monitor quote levels and assist sales staff daily with CRM updates. * Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff members. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the team. * Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales into the agency. * Foster a positive team culture that encourages insane levels of sales growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales and leadership roles. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively daily. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with sales staff. * Familiarity with sales management systems and processes required. * Experience in interviewing and onboarding processes is preferred but not required. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interactions. * Knowledge of sales process is required.
