Champion Fiberglass is known for its advanced production facilities and high-quality fiberglass conduit systems that meet stringent codes and specifications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Spring, Texas. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications * Inside Sales and Account Management skills * Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Previous experience in the electrical or mechanical industry is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus Requirements * Experience in high volume call environment. * Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
