Sales Associate Baumann Building Inc - Holland, MI 49424 Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated individual with a passion for helping others? Baumann Building Inc., a leading homebuilder in West Michigan, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, supporting our sales and administrative teams while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential homebuyers.
• Meet with clients to review available lots and spec home inventory.
• Prepare listing agreement documentation for spec homes.
• Manage home listings on the MLS and ensure all photos and descriptions are up to date.
• Host open houses at model homes and new developments.
• This role requires consistent evening (1-2 per week) and weekend (2-3 per month) availability
• Assist clients by recommending trusted lending partners as needed.
• Clearly communicate the home building process and guide clients through initial steps. What We 're Looking For:
• A detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with social media and marketing platforms is a plus.
• Real estate or homebuilding experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation
