Sales Associate Baumann Building Inc - Holland, MI 49424 Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated individual with a passion for helping others? Baumann Building Inc., a leading homebuilder in West Michigan, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, supporting our sales and administrative teams while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential homebuyers. * Meet with clients to review available lots and spec home inventory. * Prepare listing agreement documentation for spec homes. * Manage home listings on the MLS and ensure all photos and descriptions are up to date. * Host open houses at model homes and new developments. * This role requires consistent evening (1-2 per week) and weekend (2-3 per month) availability * Assist clients by recommending trusted lending partners as needed. * Clearly communicate the home building process and guide clients through initial steps. What We 're Looking For: * A detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Familiarity with social media and marketing platforms is a plus. * Real estate or homebuilding experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
