Overview: At Just Candy, we take pride in being a one-stop shop for personalized candies that add a special touch to life's memorable moments. As a Sales Assistant, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service for upcoming celebrations by supporting the sales team. * Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers via email and phone to assist with inquiries, orders, and custom requests. * Collaborate with vendors to coordinate inventory, product availability, and order fulfillment. * Oversee the entire order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. * Data Entry. * Use Excel to track orders, analyze data, and maintain accurate records. * Assist in assembling samples. * Monitor and troubleshoot potential delays or issues, proactively resolving them with customers and vendors. * Participation in special projects. * Other related duties assigned as needed. * Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Above average administrative & organizational skills. * Detail oriented, strives for accuracy & possess analytical skills. * Ability to work collaboratively, but also capable of working independently. * Must have good computer skills that include Microsoft Word and Excel. * Previous experience in customer service or vendor coordination.
