Customer Service Specialist North Olmsted, OH Keyline is currently searching for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join their team in North Olmsted, Ohio! • Salary ranging from $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience

• PTO The right candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or equivalent education required
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service working with other organizations required
• Computer proficiency required
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a small office environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Office and HubSpot) preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with internal and external customers
• Works well with others and pitches in to ensure the team meets objectives
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Time management skills Our Customer Service Specialist will:
• Receive, track, and respond to inquiries from customers, prospects, and others in a timely and positive manner
• Find solutions that work for customers and ensure that relevant feedback is proactively provided to management to identify potential issues
• Handle orders by engaging in such activities as receiving, interpreting, pricing, processing, invoicing, shipping, and tracking of orders
• Provide project management for projects assigned
• Account management and follow up specific assigned accounts, work in conjunction with Sales Manager
• Reporting on backorders, incoming orders and other metrics assigned
• Inventory, select, order, rotate and purchase office and janitorial supplies for the organization
• Engage with internal customers, including the parent company and sister division in support of broader organizational objectives
• Navigate internal and external customer requests and demands efficiently to ensure they are met
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP and CRM to maintain integrity of records
• Brand Ambassador that recognizes professional conduct that reflects the Keyline USA brand and business
