We are seeking a hardworking and driven Sales Representative to join our growing construction company in Orlando. This is a 100% commission-based position with no cap on earnings -- your hustle directly determines your income. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED! What You 'll Do:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service options to potential customers
• Close deals and follow up throughout the construction process to ensure satisfaction
