Job requirements: * Bilingual - English/Spanish * Organized, attention to detail * Enthusiastic personality * Charismatic phone presence and solid understanding of phone etiquette * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment * Tenacious yet engaging and professional presence Job Responsibilities: * Help each customer determine the best vehicle for their wants and needs * Represent vehicles of interest to the customer, including accompanying them on test drives * Report to Sales Managers with reference to new inventory, goals, and reviews * Maintain inventory awareness and vehicle knowledge including features, trims, ads, and accessories * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards * Build strong rapport with customers * Maintain notes in lead management system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Miami, FL 33135 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Miami, FL 33135: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
