Full description of the position

Account Manager Responsibilities * As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, leveraging leads and business opportunities provided by Advance. * Manage both inbound and outbound business-to-business sales calls effectively. * Routinely follow up with current and prospective clients to maintain and grow relationships. * Accurately document all interactions and activities with client accounts. * Work with internal teams to create and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving sales goals. * Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to close deals. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Manage and fulfill customer orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from order placement to delivery. Skills * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred * Experience in Salesforce is a plus * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What We Offer This role offers a highly competitive commission structure, enhanced by incentive markup plans designed to further reward exceptional performance.
