Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and service sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Quickly respond to all leads.
• Close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Outbound cold sales to commercial pool managers such as hotels, property managers, airbnb managers, HOAs, etc...
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Other miscellaneous office tasks such as sending invoices, sending proposals, tracking repairs sold. Experience
• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in service business sales.
• Strong skills in business development, customer service, negotiation, and team management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
