Summary We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic team at a leading national truck and equipment parts company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and a proven track record in sales, specifically within the truck and equipment parts industry. Responsibilities * Develop new accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships across the Houston, Beaumont, Dallas, and San Antonio regions. * Utilize your expertise to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customers. * Communicate with your inhouse team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Engage in the business to learn the relevant information to deliver to our customers. * Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with customers. * Provide Weekly Sales Plans. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Requirements * Minimum of 5 years experience in outside sales or technical sales roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. * Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. * Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits. * A clean driving records is essential.
