Job Description: We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar and Roofing Canvassers. In this role, you will focus on canvassing neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to promote a free roof inspection to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, customer relations, and the roofing industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior representatives to canvass designated areas daily, weather permitting. Assist in obtaining leads and upload them into our system. Conduct a minimum of 80 lead attempts per day, recording all interactions in our canvassing software. Attend in-person classroom and field training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. Participate in weekly Tuesday Zoom or in-person meetings with the company. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including passing the Junior Representative knowledge test and achieving a minimum of 400 lead attempts per week. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to climb stairs, access attics, and roofs. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
