Full description of the position

Customer Service Representative Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $22-$25 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time) Responsibilities: * Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries efficiently * Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks * Communicate primarily via email, with some phone correspondence as needed * Follow company procedures and processes to ensure smooth operations * Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience * Office experience required * Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team environment * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to take direction and collaborate with multiple departments * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Proficient in navigating internal systems such as CRM, SRP, Outlook/Gmail * Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
