Marketing Clinical Liaison will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase the occupancy and revenue of the community. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive growth and ensure the community maintains a strong reputation in the market. You will work closely with the executive team to set revenue goals, manage budgets, and provide insights into market trends and opportunities. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing stategy to increase occupancy and revenue of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. * Collaborate with the executive team to set revenue goals, manage budgets, and provide insights into market trends and opportunities. * Commencing sales communications with Chief Marketing Officers, physicians, specialty physicians, and medical groups. * Enhancing current relationships while cultivating new ones throughout the greater community. * Engaging with hospital accounts, working from the accounts 90-95% of weekly time. * Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, senior centers, and community organizations. * Attend events and meetings to promote the senior living community and educate potential residents and their families about the services offered. * Secures Hospital Level Executive Sales Calls, including CMO, Director of CM/SW, ED, and Specality Units/Physicians. * Work with the external marketing team to ensure that all external marketing efforts are consistent with the community's branding and messaging. * Analyze market trends and competition to adjust the sales and marketing strategy as needed. Qualifications: * Sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry. * Proven track record of census growth, event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process. * Engaging verbal and written communication style. * Proficient computer skills. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
