About the Role We're looking for hungry, high-motor sales reps who are ready to grind , hit the phones hard, and cash in. Whether you've got sales experience or you're fresh out of college with something to prove, this is your shot to earn big and grow fast. You'll be reaching out to business owners who have applied for funding and working every lead like it's the one that will close your next deal. Key Responsibilities * Make a lot of outbound calls daily to business owners who've expressed interest in financing. * Qualify prospects by understanding their funding needs and matching them with the right product. * Present our Merchant Cash Advance, Business Loan, and Credit Line options clearly and persuasively. * Follow up relentlessly. Deals don't close themselves. * Work with our senior team to move applications through to funding quickly and smoothly. * Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and stay organized. * Stay sharp. Study our industry, our competitors, and our offers so you're always one step ahead. What We 're Looking For * Strong work ethic and mental toughness. You'll hear "no" a lot--push through it. * Natural communicator with a confident, upbeat phone presence. * Coachable and eager to learn. We'll train you, but you need to want it. * No fear of high-volume dialing--if you need to make 200 calls, you make 200 calls. * Experience in sales or finance is a plus, but not required. * Comfortable working remote and independently. * Must be ok with 1099 contractor status (this is commission-based, with no cap). Nice to Have * Experience with Salesforce * Sales Experience (not required if you're highly motivated) * Bachelor's degree (not required if you can sell!). What You Get * Uncapped commissions.
