Our concept welcomes men into the art of grooming by offering the exceptional technical services of an old school barber shop with the feel of an exclusive lounge where any man can relax and sip his favorite bourbon or beer while enjoying a great haircut, shave, pedicure, manicure, etc. Hammer and Nails Grooming Shop for Guys is looking for high energy led membership and sales leaders for the Powell location. You will be the front face of the business and helping guests with service and membership decisions backed by the artists recommendations and services to re-enforce a win! This person should be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: * Act as the first point of contact for members and new customers entering our brand * Provide excellent communication skills and customer service skills * Builds relationships with customers and team members, ensuring the Hammer & Nails experience is maintained throughout * Fully understands and can effectively communicate pricing, membership model, and policies resulting in increased retention and new membership activation * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, organizing, answering phones, responding to emails * Performs standard member account maintenance using a variety of platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, other systems) What We Can Offer YOU: * Flexible Schedule * Professional development courses and training * Great Team Work Environment * Career advancement- we promote from within Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
