Requirements

:

• Approaching and professionally greeting customers upon arrival.
• Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully listening to their responses.
• Ability to create customer base by prospecting, telephone, and referral.
• Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles and objections.
• Completing sales orders and processing paperwork to close the sale.
• Following up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist sales department with product presentation and inventory
• MUST be Bilingual Job

Duties

:

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Must be available full time, including many nights and Saturdays.
• Must pass pre-employment screening: a criminal background check

Compensation

: Great compensation package with monthly bonuses Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
