Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and administrative skills, with a focus on detailed task management. Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with a variety of tasks
• Effectively process orders by communicating with in-house teams
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Quality control of master files prior to delivery
• Assist in delivery of digital materials
• Provide customer assistance via email and phone
• Adapt to seasonal workflow changes

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Driven to provide exceptional customer service and prompt follow-up
• 2+ years' experience in a similar or related industry
• High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High level problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
