Job Overview We are seeking an Account Manager Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities * Support Account Managers with a variety of tasks * Effectively process orders by communicating with in-house teams * Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner * Quality control of master files prior to delivery * Assist in delivery of digital materials * Provide customer assistance via email and phone * Adapt to seasonal workflow changes Qualifications * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner * Driven to provide exceptional customer service and prompt follow-up * 2+ years' experience in a similar or related industry * High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Proven ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner * Proficient in Microsoft Office * High level problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
