Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: * Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Manufacturers * Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business * Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues * Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships * Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles * Attend industry trade shows and seminars * Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment * Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues * Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects * Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns * Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance * Regular and predictable presence at work * Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience in a service industry * Business development and relationship management experience in a professional environment * Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skills * Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements: * Ability to travel 35% of the time, mostly by car * Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Ability to lift 40 lbs. * Ability to drive in all conditions * Ability to travel to client locations and conferences * Ability to travel by airline * Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance * Regular and predictable presence at work S-E-A places a strong value and priority on diversity, equity and inclusion across the company and is a dedicated equal opportunity employer, evaluating all qualified applications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status.
