Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Duties * Manage and develop a designated territory to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. * Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or related fields. * Strong skills in territory management and the ability to analyze market data effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in customer service practices, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable.
