Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision * Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth * Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations * Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data * Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction * Lead generation * Commercial lead follow-up * Commercial sales * Set commercial appointments * Execute appointments * Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: * Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language * Independent and self motivated * Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities * Some sense of marketing and advertising practices * Real estate license is required * Commission opportunity * Sales experience * Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
