About us We are a professional Family-Owned Painting Company that has been in business since 1986. We specialize in painting new residential * multi-family construction nationwide. Our goal is to win our customers one project at a time. Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Casual work attire * Regular social events Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers - Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Skills: - Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in construction or general contractor B2B sales - Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to effectively manage accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Multifamily Construction Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Charlotte, NC (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
