Full description of the position

Job Summary AGC Signs is hiring a Sales Associate & Account Manager to manage walk-in customer interactions and oversee client accounts at our Charlotte, NC location. This role is a blend of sales and customer service, focusing on greeting walk-in clients, assisting with product orders , and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending signage solutions, and guiding them through the ordering process. Additionally, you will manage ongoing accounts by providing updates, following up with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is a base pay + performance incentives position for someone passionate about customer service, relationship-building, and delivering excellent support throughout the entire customer journey. Duties * Greet and assist walk-in customers at our Charlotte location, offering personalized service and product recommendations * Understand customer signage needs and provide suitable solutions * Take orders, guide clients through the sales process, and finalize transactions * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person * Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing client accounts * Provide timely project updates, ensuring clients are informed throughout the process * Follow up with customers after orders are placed, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns * Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations * Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and updating client records in CRM tools * Occasionally assist with site surveys and field visits as needed Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management * Comfortable with in-person sales and interacting with customers directly * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks * Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools * Bilingual (Spanish or Arabic) preferred * Ability to commute reliably to our Charlotte location and assist in the field when needed Why Join AGC Signs?
