We're a fast-paced commercial real estate brokerage seeking a dependable and polished Freelance or Part-Time Field Assistant to support our team with various off-site tasks across Los Angeles. This is a flexible role for someone with real estate experience who knows how to present professionally, interact with clients and vendors, and move efficiently around the city. We're looking for someone who thrives on getting things done, stays organized, and can confidently represent our brand in the field. Key Responsibilities: Weekly mail pick-up and scanning * Running errands and light administrative tasks * Posting notices for tenants * Taking high-quality property photos * Meeting with contractors and vendors on-site * Soliciting bids from service providers * Showing properties to prospective tenants or buyers * Opening properties for inspections, appraisals, or deliveries * Stocking basic office or property supplies Requirements: * Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license * Must be comfortable traveling between Beverly Hills and all parts of Los Angeles, including diverse neighborhoods across the city * Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries preferred * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills * Tech-savvy enough to scan, email, take photos, and use basic mobile apps * Spanish-speaking is a plus * Independent, resourceful, and trustworthy * Able to work either on a freelance basis or commit to 2-3 days per week as needed Compensation: * Hourly or per-project rate based on experience * Flexible schedule -- this is not a 9-to-5 job, but availability during business hours is important If you're dependable, proactive, and ready to support a growing real estate company in the field, we'd love to connect with you.
