Job Description We're an established vape manufacturer based out of Sun Valley. As our company continues to grow, so does our team. We are looking for amazing, hardworking, and driven people with great personalities for Customer Service Representative positions. Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm IN OFFICE Pay is $21.00 per hour plus bonuses This job is all about creating and maintaining relationships with customers who are REAL PEOPLE just like you and me. Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and motivated Must be able to handle objections/rejections over the phone Must be committed to making 80 - 100 phone connections per day Must be able to establish friendly relationships with customers - personality matters! Must be able to work with provided leads, as well as mine for your own leads Must have basic knowledge of CRM software. We use Hubspot Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities * Customer outreach * Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls * Get quotes and schedule shipping * Customer service and support * Emailing and performing callbacks * Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records * Handle requests for information and data * Resolve administrative problems and inquiries * Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails * Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence * Coordinate maintenance of office equipment * Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties as needed Education and Experience * Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software * Fluent in word, excel, Google Docs, and CRM * Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment. * Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management Key Competencies: * Communication skills - written and verbal * Humor is a PLUS++ * planning and organizing * prioritizing * problem assessment and problem-solving * information gathering and information monitoring * attention to detail and accuracy * flexibility * adaptability * customer service orientation * teamwork If you apply, please prepare to answer your phone.
