This position will primarily be responsible for selling our staffing services, with the goal of sales growth through excellent customer service and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Development and Maintenance: Establish contact with potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, understand their needs, and provide appropriate staffing recommendations. * Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the company. * Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Track market trends and competitor activities, and develop corresponding sales strategies to ensure the company's competitive advantage in the market. * Participation in Sales Activities: Participate in and organize various sales activities and promotional events to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence. After-Sales Service: Provide high-quality after-sales service, resolve customer issues during the purchase and use process, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate: * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset. * Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. * A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Results-driven with a passion for achieving personal and team success.
