Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial & real estate analytics. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research for clients, understanding real estate modeling with projections and analyzing investment opportunities to be presented to clients. Responsibilities * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and match them to our clients. * Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to evaluate potential investment returns. * Utilize Client Management software tools to streamline data. * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Prepare necessary documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. * Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. * Participate in networking events and community activities to promote services and expand client base.
