Description: North Hills Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicles. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional team, and we're looking for a dedicated Service BDC Representative to join us. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. Schedule rotates very slightly. In general, it will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. It would be required to work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (You would get a day off during the week)

Responsibilities

:

• You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily.
• Scheduling and verifying appointments, then follow up phone calls
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Determining each customer's vehicle service needs and making appointments accordingly
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Requirements

:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Possess phone skills for both employee and customer phone calls
• Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
• Be organized, alert, professional and courteous
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
