Overview

Simply put: We help old folks figure out Medicare, and offer most major companies to best fit their specific needs. From there we help them save money or put them in a better place for other insurance, financial products and sometimes just general good life advice :) We are big on putting our best foot forward, and playing the long game by building relationships at a key time in life; retirement. Compensation

• This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $90,000 - $130,000
• Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Neighbors Insurance Group for two plus years earn upwards of $200,000+ in commissions

Qualifications

• The willingness to learn, be wrong, grow, adapt, stay positive, and mental stamina is realistically the requirements for most jobs (hidden behind all the BullS
• )
• Be able to speak to old people with a semblance of respect and professionalism (at first anyway, depending on the client)
• You'll need to have a decent criminal record for FL: [please apply online]
• Preferred: Sales Experience, Business Experience Other Key Facts to Know
• Own your book of business from DAY 1 (no tenure requirement or LOA)
• You get paid directly from each carrier
• You will never be pressured to sell to your family and friends (gross)
