We are looking for passionate and driven Retail Sales Associates to join our team. If you have an outgoing personality and place a premium on providing customer service, you'll thrive within the Mega Furniture environment. Provide face to face assistance to customers throughout the buying process to include merchandise selection, payment and finance options. * Two years sales experience, preferably within a commission based retail environment * Responsible for achieving weekly sales and customer service goals * Proficient verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma, GED or equivalency * Thorough follow up and negotiation skills * Ability to overcome objections and influence customer behavior * Full time retail schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
