Sales coordinator Looking for an experienced, talented, and energetic cosmetic surgery patient coordinator for a full time employment in a multi-doctor practice surgical center. Ideal candidate needs to strive in a customer service environment. * Needs to demonstrate ability to engage with patients. * Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills. * Provides guidance and acts as liaison between surgeon and surgical results. * Manage consultation process. * Must have a professional appearance that represents our upscale practice. * Needs to participate in practice marketing. * Review patient's medications and health history to determine pre-admission testing. * Collects surgical fees. * Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients. * Documents and maintains all correspondence with patients * Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned. * Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: $15.00-18.00/hour (based on experience) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English/Spanish (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
