The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate law, market trends, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions. Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. * Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings. * Prepare and present offers to purchase or list properties. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients. * Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property values.
