Job Title: Leasing Agent Location: Hollywood, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Are you the type of person to put in the time to have a base and potentially 3X your salary while learning the real estate investment business from the partners with over 50 Years of experience? Company Overview: We are a boutique real estate investment firm with a portfolio of a couple of hundred doors in Hollywood, Florida. Our mission is to provide exceptional living experiences for our residents while maximizing the value of our properties. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Summary: The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities: * Leasing and Sales: * Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours. * Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the units at our properties. * Assist prospective residents with the application process and ensure all required documentation is completed. * Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective residents. * Achieve and maintain a portfolio occupancy rate of 95%. Customer Service: * Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. * Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. * Foster positive relationships with residents encourage lease renewals. Marketing and Outreach: * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents. * Utilize social media, online listings, and other marketing channels to promote available units. * Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase visibility. Administrative Duties: * Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions. * Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documents. * Ensure compliance with all fair housing laws and regulations. * Assist the Director of Ops/Property Management as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service in real estate. * Florida Real Estate License * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in property management software AppFolio and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Knowledge of local real estate market and trends and turns. * English and Spanish Bi-Lingual Proficiency Compensation: * Salary: $31,200 base salary commensurate with experience. * Bonus: Performance-Incentive based bonus has the ability to 2x or 3X your salary when converting leads to residents.
