We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary

: The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Leasing and Sales:
• Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the units at our properties.
• Assist prospective residents with the application process and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective residents.
• Achieve and maintain a portfolio occupancy rate of 95%. Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive relationships with residents encourage lease renewals. Marketing and Outreach:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Utilize social media, online listings, and other marketing channels to promote available units.
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase visibility. Administrative

Duties

:

• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with all fair housing laws and regulations.
• Assist the Director of Ops/Property Management as needed

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service in real estate.
• Florida Real Estate License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software AppFolio and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and trends and turns.
• English and Spanish Bi-Lingual Proficiency

Compensation

:

• Salary: $31,200 base salary commensurate with experience.
• Bonus: Performance-Incentive based bonus has the ability to 2x or 3X your salary when converting leads to residents.
