Summary As a Comfort Advisor at Reliant AC, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the right air conditioning solutions for their needs. This position is essential for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our mission to deliver top-notch HVAC services. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers to assess their air conditioning needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific needs. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. * Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
