Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality water treatment solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales, customer service, and business development, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their water treatment needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough analyses of water quality and treatment processes to recommend appropriate products and services * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of water treatment systems. * Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting water treatment practices. * Generating appointment's Qualifications * Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales within the water treatment or related industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. * Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing appropriate solutions. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulations is a plus.
