We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality water treatment solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales, customer service, and business development, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their water treatment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough analyses of water quality and treatment processes to recommend appropriate products and services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of water treatment systems.
• Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting water treatment practices.
• Generating appointment's

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales within the water treatment or related industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
