Primary Responsibilities: * Meet with prospective clients, inspecting the exterior of their homes for storm damage and consulting on appropriate solutions. * Create estimates and provide recommendations on our products and services. * Walk your clients through the insurance claims process. * Work with each client for contract completion follow through. * Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures, practices and guidelines. * Attend regular sales meetings and trainings. We're on the look-out for: * Great organizational skills. * Outgoing personality and ability to create rapport with clients. * Professional work etiquette and respectful attitude. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be technology/computer savvy with CRM experience. * Ability to carry, set-up and climb a ladder. * A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. * Must be able to work independently yet have a team player mindset. * Previous experience in the roofing industry or similar preferred. * Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
