Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Drive Manager to oversee our advisors and ensure efficient operations within our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and management, with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. * Coordinate daily schedules for advisors to maximize efficiency and productivity. * Implement upselling strategies during customer interactions to enhance service offerings and increase revenue. Skills * Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes * Experience in automotive sales or service writing is highly desirable. * Proven ability in auto service management with a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with advisors, customers, and management. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. * Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience while driving sales growth.
