Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through our products and services. This role is focused on expanding our business footprint by securing new accounts within desirable businesses such as gas stations, convenience stores, bars/restaurants, smoke shops, and liquor stores. Ideally the Sales Rep will secure between 4-6 accounts per month, but there is no cap on the amount of commission that can be earned. Responsibilities * Manage existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Conduct cold calling and canvasing to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. * Keep an organized log book to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services. * Identify and approach potential business partners in target industries. * Secure signed contracts with business owners to establish new accounts for DB Amusements. * Ensure all new accounts meet company standards for partnership. * Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients. * Accurately track and report progress to company leadership. Skills and Requirements * Proven experience in account management and territory sales. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Excellent cold calling techniques with a track record of generating leads. * Proficient in negotiation tactics that lead to successful deal closures. * Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and customer service principles. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. * Ability to travel locally to meet with business owners. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Sales Experience Compensation: * Competitive commission of $1250 per new account secured. * Fuel reimbursement of $250 per new account.
