Automotive Sales Associates Needed! The Parkway Toyota Sales Associate is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process. Outline of responsibilities include but not limited to * Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of new/pre-owned vehicles. * Sell/lease as many vehicles as required by our annual minimum standards. * Maintain customer satisfaction. * Keep customers informed by confirming orders. * Prepare and send written communication/documentation for timely transactions. * Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to: scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, follow-up on DMV issues, procuring any and all missing documentation for financing, and supplying Sales Managers with accurate order status. * Accomplish department results by maintaining CSI. * Collect required customer information such as email address and mailing address. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Proven track record in sales, with a focus on customer service * Experience in outside sales and account management * Ability to analyze sales data and trends * Demonstrated success in sales and business development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
