You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through the policy lifecycle, providing proactive communication, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. If you excel in managing relationships, possess a deep understanding of commercial insurance, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this role is for you. * Why Join Us? * Be part of a company that prioritizes professionalism, innovation, and relationships. * Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients in high-growth sectors. * Contribute to a collaborative environment that values long-term partnerships. * Job Roles & Responsibilities Account Management & Client Service * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients. * Address client inquiries, manage endorsements, renewals, and claims with precision and speed. * Review client portfolios regularly, ensuring adequate coverage and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling additional products. * Client Retention & Satisfaction * Manage the renewal process, proactively identifying coverage gaps and presenting alternative solutions to maintain high client retention rates. * Conduct periodic reviews and coverage assessments with clients to enhance satisfaction and ensure proper risk management. * Team Collaboration * Collaborate with underwriters, claims specialists, and sales teams to deliver seamless service and ensure the best outcomes for clients. * Provide input on client needs, market trends, and service improvements to management. * Documentation & Complianc*e * Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, policies, and changes within the agency management system. * Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide compliant and relevant coverage solutions. Sales Support & Strategy * Assist Account Executives with new business development by supporting sales presentations, providing coverage recommendations, and preparing proposals. * Contribute to the growth of Benchmark's market share by actively identifying leads and referring prospects. Qualifications Needed: * State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License (required) * Previous experience in the insurance industry as an account manager for commercial lines (required) * A thorough understanding of a variety of insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits * Sound knowledge or eagerness to learn the intricacies of working procedures within commercial enterprises to best advise clients on relevant policies * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel (required) Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Percentage of Revenue Bonus Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * AMS360: 2 years (Preferred) * Insurance sales: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Required) Work Location: In personBenchmark Insurance Group & Rise Group
