Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

: - Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Conduct warm calling campaigns to identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. - Leverage technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. - Utilize Hawksoft to track client interactions, sales opportunities, and performance metrics. - Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention. Skills: - Proven experience in sales and account management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. - Experience with Hawksoft, QuoteRush, and other sales automation tools. - Technical sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product features and benefits. - Sales skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
