• 3+ years of in-home sales experience (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar).
• Strong closer -you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue. Strong Interpersonal Skills
• You own the room -maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow.
• You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation.
• You're an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly. Process-Driven & Performance-Focused
• You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates.
