Strong Interpersonal Skills * You own the room -maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow. * You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation. * You're an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly. Process-Driven & Performance-Focused * You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and close rates. * You optimize*and refine* sales strategies to increase efficiency and results. * You are data-driven -not just selling but analyzing why you are winning.
