Full description of the position

* Drive/support sales growth and achieve targets by selling to and managing relationships with large retail chain stores, distributors, and targeted customers, providing excellent customer service, and generating new business opportunities. * Assist team in Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and adjust strategies as needed. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies, and with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Provide regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, and conduct business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. * Stay informed on latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends and incorporate these into sales strategies to maximize online growth. * Help Pursue partnerships for business development, enhance product knowledge, resolve customer issues, and stay updated on industry regulations and compliance. * Foster a positive work environment, participate in sales training, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. * Track sales data, create and deliver promotional materials, conduct introductory calls, and follow up with potential customers. * Collaborate with team, assist in preparing marketing materials, and support team members in achieving company goals. * Help the team Set and monitor sales targets, suggest improvements, and be willing to travel for trade shows and meetings (up to 10% of the time).
