Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their sales needs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing transactions, and meeting sales goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers FACE TO FACE will be essential in driving sales and enhancing the overall experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding all promotions and offers. * Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * be comfortable communicating with customers on a face to face level. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Experience in residential settings is a plus but not mandatory. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
