As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. Duties * Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals. * Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. * Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase revenue. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
