As an Insurance Sales Producer, youll play a key role in growing an agencys client base by connecting with potential customers, providing tailored insurance solutions, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. Develop customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals. Generate leads and schedule appointments using phone calls, email, digital tools, and in-person connections. Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Requirements What Were Looking For: Strong communication and negotiation skillsyou know how to connect with people. Ability to multi-task, follow up, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in handling customer objections and turning no into yes.
